  3. No scripts! Whilst we believe it is important to structure a conversation and convey particular information, it is not necessary for our articulate and intelligent telemarketers to read it out. All our telemarketers are fully trained and briefed prior to working on a campaign, so they do not need the aid of a script.
  4. Qualified leads. Every lead we generate and appointment we book for our clients is heavily qualified to ensure the prospect is fully informed, has expressed a clear interest in the product or service and has agreed to or requested a meeting.
