Faced with the challenge to secure feedback from a very large number of learners in a very short timescale on the quality of training delivery for a National return, we engaged TLC Business to assist us. Working in complete confidence and with the minimum of input and guidance from us, TLC Business completed the intensive work over a span of about 3 days and produced in excess of the total target number if responses we needed within the deadlines we had set.
