Joshua
Managing Director
Josh, a Chartered Marketer, has been working in marketing for over 20 years. An English Literature graduate from Leeds, he combines corporate experience with BT, agency experience at APCO UK (a global strategic communications & public affairs agency), with over 13 years’ experience helping SMEs with their marketing challenges at TLC Business.
Josh’s first passion is his growing family. His second is an ‘unnatural’ one for Norwich City Football Club. He is a keen runner, enjoys most music (‘except trance, I don’t get it.’), has a love of Salvador Dali’s work and his favourite author is Graham Greene, even though his favourite book is Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.
Anna
Account Director
Anna joined TLC Business in 2010 and is a vital component in the marketing team. With an instinctive understanding of people, she is able to empower our clients to think from a customer–orientated marketing position.
With experience in working across a diverse range of B2B and B2C sectors, Anna’s enthusiastic and committed style, creates effective and compelling marketing campaigns.
When not in the world of marketing, Anna spends time with her family and her Hungarian vizsla called Gus.
Shannon
Account Manager
Shannon joined the TLC Business team in 2014, completing a Diploma in Business Administration.
She has experience working across a wide range of sectors and is responsible for planning, executing and managing client campaigns and their day-to-day marketing activities, with a keen interest in content creation and design.
Outside of TLC, you’ll often find Shannon getting stuck into a good book, enjoying a long walk or eating her way around the array of food spots that Hampshire has to offer!
Sophie
Account Manager
Sophie joined TLC Business in 2015 as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. Sophie is a key member of our marketing team and is responsible for helping manage both our own and clients’ digital marketing campaigns. Having completed her Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing, she has a passion for email marketing and event management.
Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys long walks with her two Dachshunds, Marvin and Rodney. As well as this, Sophie can often be found catching up with friends and family over a burger.
Vicki
Marketing Manager
Vicki joined TLC business in March 2023 as an Account Manager. Vicki helps manage our clients’ digital marketing as well as day-to-day marketing activities. She has experience in being part of an agency as well as experience in working within an in-house marketing team. Vicki enjoys all aspects of marketing but particularly passionate about content creation and campaign strategy.
Outside of work, Vicki often visits her family and friends in South Wales where she grew up and also loves to read and travel.
Mikesh
Marketing Manager
Mikesh joined TLC March 2023 after previously working in the digital marketing team for a Hampshire based FMCG company.
He enjoys all aspects of marketing, has experience in a variety of industries in the UK and UAE from recycling rainwater and healthcare to kids fashion brands and toys. Mikesh particularly enjoys digital marketing, content creation and ecommerce.
Outside of work, Mikesh loves spending time with his family – going on adventures, long walks along the beach, grabbing a coffee on the go and finding new places to eat . He is also a lifelong Wolverhampton Wanderers FC fan, where he hasn’t missed a single match in years.
Kate
Marketing Assistant
Kate is an English graduate from the University of Sussex and joined the TLC Business team in June 2021.
Kate has over 8 years’ experience managing high profile B2B and B2C clients and enjoys all aspects of marketing, particularly PR and content creation.
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her two daughters, singing, going to the theatre and yoga.
Heather
Administrator
With over 20 years’ admin experience, Heather joined in March 2021 as TLC’s first Administrator.
Outside of work, she spends a lot of time with her daughter, on walks with her puppy Retriever and (grumpy) Choorkie Poo, enjoying meals with friends and family, all with an interior design project running in the background, somewhere in the house.
Caroline
Senior Graphic Designer
After gaining some experience working in sunny south of France, Caroline joined TLC Business in 2017 and decided to settle in our beautiful Hampshire.
She loves spending time with her family and friends, going for long walks in the New Forest, crafting, sewing and baking cute iced biscuits.

Shadie
Graphic Designer
Shadie (pronounced Shardie) loves all things creative. Initially, she started her design career in architecture, but once realising her love for graphic design during her internship in Prague (her favourite city), she made the leap of faith into the profession and has not looked back. She is currently obtaining a Masters degree in graphic design and typography.
Outside of work, Shadie likes to spend time with her little daughter, going for coffee with family and friends, endeavouring in ballet, hot yoga and taking adventures wherever possible!
