Joshua
Managing Director
Josh, a Chartered Marketer, has been working in marketing for over 20 years. An English Literature graduate from Leeds, he combines corporate experience with BT, agency experience at APCO UK (a global strategic communications & public affairs agency), with over 13 years’ experience helping SMEs with their marketing challenges at TLC Business.
Josh’s first passion is his growing family. His second is an ‘unnatural’ one for Norwich City Football Club. He is a keen runner, enjoys most music (‘except trance, I don’t get it.’), has a love of Salvador Dali’s work and his favourite author is Graham Greene, even though his favourite book is Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance.
Anna
Account Director
Anna joined TLC Business in 2010 and is a vital component in the marketing team. With an instinctive understanding of people, she is able to empower our clients to think from a customer–orientated marketing position.
With experience in working across a diverse range of B2B and B2C sectors, Anna’s enthusiastic and committed style, creates effective and compelling marketing campaigns.
When not in the world of marketing, spinning, burger-eating and training her gundog called Gus occupy Anna’s time.
Shannon
Account Manager
Shannon joined the TLC Business team in 2014, completing a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration.
She has experience working across a wide range of sectors and is responsible for helping manage client campaigns and their day-to-day marketing activities, with a keen interest in content creation and design.
Outside of the office, you’ll often find Shannon out and about with her Olde English Bulldogge, Lennox, or planning which destination to tick off her bucket list next!
Sophie
Account Manager
Sophie joined TLC Business in 2015 as a Digital Marketing Apprentice. Sophie is a key member of our marketing team and is responsible for helping manage both our own and clients’ digital marketing campaigns. Having completed her Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing, she has a passion for social media, event management and email marketing.
Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys long walks with her Miniature Dachshund, Marvin. As well as this, Sophie can often be found catching up with friends and family over a burger.

Marketing Assistant
Sophie joined TLC Business in October 2017 as a Digital Marketing Apprentice after having previously graduated with a 1st Class BA (Hons) Degree in Fashion Media and Promotion. Sophie is responsible for supporting the team with various activities and has a creative media and design background. Having completed her Level 4 Diploma in Digital Marketing, Sophie has a strong interest in Social Media and Web Analytics.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle. When Sophie’s not at the gym, she enjoys spending her down-time with her family and friends.
Danny
Marketing Assistant
Danny joined TLC Business in January 2020 after previously working in marketing and business development for a top-10 global accountancy firm. Having graduated with a degree in marketing from Solent University, Danny enjoys all aspects of marketing, in particular email marketing, digital marketing and SEO.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys being active and adventurous. You’ll usually find him in the gym, kayaking in the sea or deep underground exploring caves and mines.
Caroline
Senior Graphic Designer
Caroline is our creative designer. She has a love for colour and an affection for illustration. After gaining some experience working in sunny south of France she decided to settle in our beautiful Hampshire.
She loves spending time wit her family and friends, crafting, baking cute iced biscuits and long walks in the New Forest.

Lucy
Graphic Designer
Lucy joined us in summer 2020, she is a Graphic Designer and is the glue that supports Caroline with all things design.
With over 6 years experience working creatively, Lucy’s love for typography, colour and iconography; brings the calm to TLC with the (sometimes) chaotic design days.
When not designing, you can find Lucy scrolling clothing sites and spending the money she doesn’t have or swiping through photos on Instagram – photography, fashion, nail art or cute dogs mainly! She also spends a lot of time with her two miniature Dachshunds Marvin and Biscuit; giving cuddles or going for dog walks.

Filip
Business Administration Apprentice
Filip joined TLC Business in 2020 and is currently completing his Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration whilst assisting the team with everyday tasks. He previously studied Computer Science, Maths and Physics at A-Level, finishing the summer of 2020.
Filip’s enthusiastic about technology. Spends most of his free time playing games with friends, learning Japanese (one of his bucket list holidays) and taking care of his cats. On dry days you can find him outside skateboarding or on his mountain bike. He enjoys spontaneous road trips and loves seeing new places.
Gusztáv
Office Manager
Gus, the Hungarian vizsla puppy, recently joined TLC and has already proved himself to be a vital member of the team!
When he’s not keeping everyone in check, Gus enjoys barking at inappropriate times, stealing anything edible (socks are edible, apparently) and long naps.
Marvin
Wellbeing Officer
Marvin joined the TLC team in 2019 and has really embraced his role as Wellbeing Officer.
When he’s not napping, Marvin enjoys playing tug of war with Gus, snacking on inedible things and going for walks (when it’s not raining).
